If you want to order an item from Dolly Fashions, click the "Add to cart" button on the item's product information page or other product listing pages. Once you've added an item to your shopping cart, a new page will be displayed with confirmation. You can now continue browsing for other products if you like. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the "View Cart" icon at the top of every page of our website.

  • Proceed to checkout:

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. When you're ready to place an order for everything in the Shopping Cart, click the "Check out” button. We are offering different shipping services suitable for different requirements. Shipment methods differ from the shipping lead time, online tracking availability and of course the price.

Yes, by not selecting the “Made to Measure Blouse”, you will receive the Fabric Only after you purchase the saree.

Please report the return to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. You may email us or call us and inform us the same.

Once your package is received at Dolly Fashions, the merchandise will be quality inspected and we will post a credit to your payment for the cost of the product minus any shipping charges which was offered to you as free offer.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Exchanges and Returns are accepted on items NOT WORN, ALTERED, or WASHED with ALL tags attached. 
  • We would entertain the return, only if it is sent with the successful submission of the Return Authorization Form.
  • All clearance priced items are FINAL and cannot be exchanged or returned. 
  • If exchanged or returned items are not received in the same or similar condition that they were received in, Dolly Fashions may deny request for exchange or refund.
  • How to make a return & exchange: 
  • You can send back the item you have purchased to us in its original condition and tags with the same package within 7 days, in case you do not like it for any reasons.
  • In case of genuine fault from our side, we will refund the money including the shipping cost or we may replace the product without additional charges.
  • Always be sure to report your problem within 24 hours of receiving the item in question
  • It's very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.
  • Always report any and all problems associated with a single order/package delivery at the same time. Be as specific as possible when describing the problem, as all returned items are examined for defects / variations.

    As safe delivery to you is our responsibility, in the same way sending back safely to us is your responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn't get delivered to us, we cannot help you.   • A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the original color of the product. DollyFashions believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual outfits or accessories ordered.
  • Once your package is received at Dolly Fashions, the merchandise will be quality inspected and credit card will be refunded. Please note that no shipping and handling costs will be refunded.
  • The return credit will appear after the product reaches us and passes the required criteria (NOT WORN, ALTERED, or WASHED with ALL tags attached).
  • To return an item(s), please email or call our customer service team before returning the shipment as this will allow for a faster refund. Please include this packaging slip with the return shipment and highlight the returned items on this packaging slip. The return package can be sent using the carrier of your choice. Keep the tracking number to monitor delivery status.
  • NOTE: Please note that all items purchased from SALE category will not be refunded or exchanged after the shipment.
